My Terms of Service
(Heavily WIP!!)

  • Pricing: Baseline prices are in the commissions tab. Prices may increase based on complexity!

  • Payment: PayPal or Ko-Fi only! I prefer 100% upfront payment, but can do 50% upfront, 50% for rendering

  • Refunds: 100% refund if no work has started in 2 weeks. 50% refund at any time during planning. No refund during rendering

  • Revisions: 3 minor revisions and 1 major revision during planning. 2 minor revisions during rendering. Any more have additional fees

  • Your Usage Rights: Personal use only! You can share on social media with credit!

  • My Usage Rights: I can use post your commission on my socials & gallery unless requested otherwise beforehand!

  • AI use: This is NON-NEGOTIABLE. My art cannot be put into, or used in/with AI in any way!

  • Cancellation Policies: I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason! I can cancel commissions, which will follow the refund policy.

  • Commercial Stuff: Commercial purposes will have a separate contract, and will have a separate process. Commercial use is not covered by these terms

What I can & won't draw

  • Can draw: Anthro characters (furries/ferals), science stuff, armor, clothing

  • Ask first: Mechanical stuff, vehicles

  • Will not draw: Human or human adjacent characters (at this time), NSFW

What can you expect? (Process)

  1. Contact: Fill out the Google Form as needed and I will contact you once I am ready

  2. Consultation: We discuss references, details, basically what you actually want. You can also outline if you want a timelapse during delivery. And I will also determine the price

  3. Payment: Payment is done here

  4. Added to the Trello: I will add you to the trello

  5. Planning: Planning (Sketching) is color blocking, composition planning and the sorts. Adjustments, as per the revision policy, can be done here

  6. Rendering: Rendering is finalization, coloring and shadows

  7. Delivery: The commission will be delivered to you via a Google Folder with the HD image, timelapse (if requested beforehand). You will NOT recieve the original .svg or source files.
